Bigs' Main Page

Big joined our family in 1998, just a few days before Donovan's Birthday. He is a Toy Fox Terrier (TFT). Big came to us as a foster doggie. We did not intend to keep this little guy, we were just going to get him healthy and help find a new family for him.

Big had other ideas, he seemed to fit our family. Donovan calls him a "mama's boy" He did turn into my shadow, really keeps me on my toes ! Big was was not housebroken, had never seen a leash in his life and was very underweight! At 13 months old and ready to please, it only took 3 weeks for him to get the hang of using the potty station.

He is so smart and loving. He now enjoys walking on the retractable leash, but even after 3 years, he is still trying to figure out when to slow down at the end of the line. There are days that is seems we have a living cartoon in our home. Our lives would not be complete without this wondrous little creature .
